Vision

INNER DIALOGUE'S vision is to create a safe, accepting, compassionate, and real space for folks to create a new and loving relationship with themselves.

WHO I AM AS A TEACHER

My mission as a teacher is to create an inclusive space for all folks. I am here to hold space for people to be seen and heard without judgment. My daily practice of yoga cultivates compassion for myself and for humanity.

It is my mission to allow others to feel safe and included in a space where they can explore their inner dialogue and become a witness to them, to honor the ancient tradition of yoga, and to guide others to see that it is more than the asana practice.

I meet others where they are in their practice and hope to plant the seed of seeking a journey that will lead them to a greater understanding of Self. I am not here to work out. I am here for liberation from my personal suffering.

I am a person who lives with the ebbs and flows of depression and anxiety. I am a seeker of healing my trauma so that I can help others see the light that lives in them. I am a witness of self. I have created space to let in discernment to see how I live through my actions, and how it affects the lives of others.

Practicing all of the components of yoga has allowed me to see that this is a PRACTICE, a practice where I can start over again and again.

Every day, this practice allows me to be less attached to the unavoidable suffering that one experiences. I hope to share the gift of yoga with others so that they may be less attached to suffering, and to be led to moksha...liberation. May we practice together on and off the mat.
