An invitation to set the tone for your day.

I invite you to take a moment to imagine what your day would look and feel like if you invested 10 minutes to yourself in the morning. Imagine while you are making your coffee, you go to your favorite place in the house (a sacred space that is just for you), light your candle, grab your journal, and for 10 minutes every morning, you ground yourself and make YOU the number one priority of the day.

In 10 minutes, you start to feel a sense of energy shift in your mind and body. You create an inner anchor or grounded foundation that will set the tone for the rest of your day. You will be able to handle the to-do lists, emails, family, work, and everything else in life with less anxious energy. This small investment in time (all while your coffee or tea is brewing) will allow you to start your day off with more control over your stress.

The Morning Ritual Course includes seven days of videos guiding you through various breathing exercises and meditation techniques that will help create a grounding foundation for the rest of your day. You only invest 10 minutes of your morning, and when you take time for yourself before anything or anyone else, you are telling your subconscious mind that you are the number one priority. 

In each video, you'll be introduced to a new technique and journal prompt.  You can reflect on anything that comes up during your practice. Explore and see which one resonates with you; one week a breathing exercise or meditation may work, and the next week a different one may be better for you. All that matters is that you are dedicating the ten minutes to yourself every day. I will guide you through the exercise, so you don't have to worry about the time.
